Basel University propose different MSc courses (see here), especially on in Ecology. Our Department offer every years several Master Theses. You can find some examples on European herpetofauna below:

• Contact zone between two subspecies of Vipera aspis
• Small scale genetic structure in Vipera aspis
• Genetic structure between populations of Coronella austriaca
• Adaptative morphological divergence or genetic isolation in Alpine populations of Vipera aspis?
• Comparison of habitat use between the native Natrix maura and the introduced N. tessellata using radiotelemetry
• Feeding behaviour in two introduced populations of the Green Whip snake (Hierphis viridiflavus) from different origins
